UiPath’s Kirkwood: RPA heralds the era of employee experience

UiPath’s Chief Evangelist Guy Kirkwood says that RPA (robotic process automation) is helping create an era when employee engagement is more important, even than customer engagement.

In a wide-ranging interview, UiPath’s Chief Evangelist Guy Kirkwood tells Techopian that Covid is a pivotal moment in what he calls the first de-industrialisation revolution. He explains that traditionally lower-paid jobs, predominantly physical jobs, such as in healthcare, will become more highly valued and that RPA is driving higher levels of EX (employer engagement), more so than even CX (customer engagement.)
