Leadership - we have the will, but not the way

If you have not yet heard of Halla Tómasdóttir, you soon will. Halla is the CEO of the B Team, a group of business leaders who are espousing the importance of a better way to do business.  A more sustainable approach to how we run our companies and how we develop business in general is fast becoming a hot topic, and for good reason.

We are galloping towards the end of this current economic cycle and transitioning into a new set of opportunities for 'leaders' with their eyes open. The 19th and 20th century approach to business growth was largely the same; division of labour, specialisation in skills and heavy production. This thinking has created many great inventions, life changing innovations and life saving medicines.
