The EU is at long last doing what it takes to save the Euro

The EU Recovery Fund is getting closer, thanks in part to a decision by a German Court not to block the plan. Does this mean that at last, the EU is getting to grips with the real issues needed to save the Euro?

"We are ready to do whatever it takes" to save the Euro, said the then ECB President, Mario Draghi, in 2012. He added: "Believe me, it will be enough."
